Panthers vs Bruins! Tonight was my first time cheering on the Panters at an away game. I got booed on several occasions and I didn't see another Panthers fan there. But I still had a great time! Especially because Florida won 3-2! And there was a big fight at the end. Pictured below is Annick (another FL fan-she's from West Palm), Kevin, Daniela (her first hockey game), Elizabeth (her second hockey game and first professional one), and Mike. Too bad our seats were so crummy. I'm used to the awesome seats that Chandler would get at home. Go cats!

Some of the best ladies at Harvard! Daniela and me at Bethan and Elizabeth's birthday dinner on Saturday night. And I'm not drinking white wine, its hard cider. It was even better than wine- almost like a cross between white wine and champagne. The second pic is of Annick and Elizabeth. Daniela is from Monterrey, Mexico, Annick is from West Palm, and Elizabeth is from Texas. Harvard is really cool because there's so many different people from around the U.S. and around the world! People in my dorm are from all over: Canada, China, Japan, France, England, Germany, Greece, India. Maybe one day I can take a trip around the world and visit all of them.....after I pay back those pesky student loans

Veteran's Day football game! Today we played a lot of football with some ed-school people and law school people. I even made 3 touchdowns! It was a lot of fun and a beautiful day out. Even the Red Bull girls came out and gave us free drinks! I was pretty happy with my first official SGA event.
The second picture is of Doug modeling one of the Learning and Teaching shirts I designed. The front logo says L&T 2007 and the other sleeve says "Teaching." People are pretty excited- I had 35 out of 50 people in my program order them. If you think its dorky, that's fine- at least they'll keep us warm!

Halloween fun! The Sunday before Halloween 5 of us drove up to Salem, MA. There were tons of people there...even the Ghostbusters! Interesting town, but not quite as historical as I was hoping. It was pretty modern and touristy. But still a good time. On Halloween night, Mike and I were walking through Harvard Yard and saw.....John Harvard with a pumpkin on his head! There were also flashing lights in the pumpkin. It was pretty hilarious. I made sure to look the next morning to see if it was still there, but it wasn't. I guess Harvard makes those janitors clean up stuff like that real fast. They don't want tourists seeing that Harvard kids cause trouble. We're only supposed to be studying, right? Also, thank you to those of you who have written comments on here, I love knowing that you're reading all my silly posts. Happy November!
